Refund & Return Policy

At RIVAN Ritual, we craft our small-batch botanical infusions with the highest standards of quality and mindfulness. Due to the consumable nature of our products and strict health and safety regulations, **we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened botanical products.**

However, your physical lightness and absolute satisfaction are our highest priorities. We stand behind our ritual entirely.

 1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the external packaging or internal artisanal sachets arrive damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at **support@rivanritual.com**.
*   Please include your **Order Number** and **clear photographic evidence** of the damaged or incorrect item.
*   Once verified, we will issue a **100% complimentary replacement shipment** or a full refund to your original payment method immediately. You do not need to ship the damaged product back to us.

2. Lost Packages
All our shipments are sent via premium global air express with full end-to-end tracking. If your package is deemed permanently lost in transit by the carrier, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement package to your address at zero additional cost to you.

 3. Order Cancellations
Because our 4-person fulfillment team processes and dispatches orders rapidly via premium air freight to minimize transit times, orders can only be cancelled or modified within **24 hours** of placement. After 24 hours, the order will have been processed by our logistics partners and cannot be cancelled.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved (e.g., due to transit damage or severe carrier delays), it will be automatically processed, and a credit will be applied to your original credit card or method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
